LPC (Trull) Ltd were instructed to achieve a substantial house extension with the aim of achieving a large, prestigious residence set within the Wiltshire countryside. Following the preparation of a strong planning case and submission to the Local Planning Authority planning permission was refused.
However, LPC (Trull) Ltd were then instructed to undertake an appeal under the new householder appeal procedure. A detailed planning case was made to the Planning Inspectorate, with the appointed Inspector allowing the appeal and granting planning permission.
The drawings submitted were prepared in-house and are an example of the hand-drawn presentation which benefits such one off proposals.
